This is easy to use. It is a breath meditation lasting as long as one breath in and one breath out. There's meditation/awareness in every breath. But it's easy to forget to breath when you're stressed, isn't it?
Please sit comfortably or lie down. Allow your shoulders to relax. Relax you neck.
Take a deep breath, s-l-o-w-l-y in through your nostrils.
Feel the air coming in, your belly slowly rising.
While you hold your breath for 3seconds, close your eyes.
Now breathe out through your mouth. Exhale with relief making a sound such as Ahhh...
That felt good, didn't it? You may repeat as you wish throughout the day.
This does work for me , i use it allot when my mind leads me down the wrong path with my feelings , as i have come to see in me that many time my stress is there because of me not the world or people around me . God gives us only what we can handle , we just have to open one door at a time and take time for for our self and the ones we love, as God takes time out for each and every one of us. Take a look around the world there is more hate than love .This is because every one is so busy doing what they want to that they have no time for kindness or love. Stress is brought upon our self because we hide who we really are inside , This is the way of the world at this time . We are so afraid to get hurt.
